Maritime Museum Sharjah
Way back to Trivia Old Days
If you re interested in the maritime history of the United Arab Emirates, you can’t miss the Sharjah Maritime Museum. This museum may found inside the old Al Hisn Fort, which constructed in the 18th century to ensure that the city of Sharjah was against invasion. Exhibits of traditional boats, navigational tools, and other maritime items provide a fascinating glimpse into the U.A.E.’s maritime heritage. A bookstore and research centre at the museum is a great resource for anybody studying maritime history.
In 2003, the Sharjah Maritime Museum opened to the public in the Al Mareijah neighbourhood, its history thus far dates to that year. Many changes followed, and by 2009 it had relocated to the Al Khan neighbourhood. Exhibits that tell the story of the city’s marine life over the past 6,000 years through 800+ painstakingly constructed models are fascinating, informative, and fun.

Ans – You must purchase tickets before your visit to ensure entrance. Only visitors with a timed admission ticket will directed to the website to schedule an appointment at their earliest convenience.
Is Dubai Underwater Zoo Worth It?
Ans – The marine mammal collection is substantial, and a wide variety of species are represented. The aquarium tunnel is a modest attraction that isn’t worth the price of admission if you’re going to be walking through it. The sight from the mall is much better, and it’s free. An adventure is worth it, particularly if you have kids.
